Strategy & Organization
The strategy leads you as a company to the goals that you set for yourself. How such a strategy comes about is up to you. We have developed a cycle with which you can work out your strategy and revise it periodically. The cycle for goal-oriented and responsible corporate management was developed by our founder and CEO in cooperation with other consulting companies and management consultants and adapted to SME needs.
Our consulting model is based entirely on this model. It is not mandatory for you as an SME to follow all steps of the process, but these steps are the usual management processes, which lead to holistic, target-oriented strategies and goal fulfillment. Cerebral Consulting is able to accompany your company in all steps. It is important that the advice and its success also depend on how vital your own ideas and change plans are.
