Qualified employees and time are not enough to make your processes efficient and end-to-end if you have no knowledge of process management. Likewise, you will not achieve efficient processes with process experts and time if nobody knows your company. Usually, however, the MSEs and SMEs have highly qualified employees who are also familiar with the processes, but who lack time.
 
Our consultants have already experienced precisely such scenarios and have already helped a Zurich SME with the complete recording of the processes. In this mandate, the ordering process, purchasing process and key management processes were also revised and improved. All of this happened after business hours and in close cooperation with the management of the SME.
